Low Cost, Micromachined Silicon Pressure Transducer
The PX130 Series pressure transducer uses state-of-the-art micromachined silicon pressure sensors in conjunction with stress-free packaging techniques to provide highly accurate, temperature-compensated pressuretransducers for the most demanding applications. Several models are availableto accommodate various excitation and signal voltage requirements.
PX130 Series transducers are available in 5 differential pressureranges from 0.3 to 100 PSI full scale. Differential models can also be usedfor gage pressure or vacuum measurements. Absolute pressure models are availablein 15, 30 and 100 PSI ranges.
